Yealink WHM621 with charging cable (no dongle included)

The Yealink WHM621 is a DECT headset, specifically designed for the retail, hospitality, and healthcare sector. The headset can be used stand alone, or can be paired to work seamlessly with the Yealink W70B DECT, W80 Multi-Cell system and W90 Multi-Cell system.

Featuring Yealink’s outstanding DECT technology, the headsets provides its users with handsfree stable communication, with a long wireless range with of up to 50 meters indoors and 300 meters outdoor (in ideal conditions). The headset has a push to talk feature, which can be used to send messages or set up meetings to ensure the team is tightly connected.

How the push to talk feature works:

Hold the call control button and speak. All the members in one group can hear you and the communication is full-duplex. Simply release the button to finish.
Hold down the call control button and mute button at the same time and the push to talk meeting will be on hold for 3 minutes, enabling you to talk to members hands-free. Another impressive feature this headset possesses is its intercom feature, which allows its users to make internal calls without a network, and the intercom call is free.

This headset is available in two different modes:
Mode 1 –
In paired mode, it is synchronised with an existing Yealink DECT handset. This is particularly useful when returning to your desk where you would like to push the call through to your handset.
Mode 2 –
In stand alone mode, the Yealink WHM621 with charging cable functions as a stand alone phone, which means it has a SIP account.
