The 8-inch Yealink RoomPanel has a sleek, modern and lightweight design. It’s compact touchscreen is ideal for mounting outside meeting rooms. With its one tap scheduling capabilities, users can easily reserve an available meeting room on the spot. Schedule meetings via Teams or Outlook 365 calendaring applications.
It additionally benefits from an anti-fingerprint screen. Guarantees a clean looking appearance, free from fingerprints and oil stains.
The brightness of the screen automatically adjusts to suit the environment. Has a proximity sensor embedded, so the screen wakes up when walking past.

Coloured LED bar for indicating room status with high visibility
Easily view the status of each meeting room at a glance. Designed with optimum user experience, the outer of the pannel features a LED light status, enabling users to see the availability of the meeting rooms from a distance. This is particularly convenient for teams and guests to quickly located their designated rooms.
Auto Check-in with Yealink's RoomSensor
Paired with a Yealink RoomSensor, the RoomPanel automatically updates the room status, enabling users to auto-checkin when the roomsensor detects participants entering the room. This provides users with a smarter and user-friendly meeting experience. drives touchless operation and increases the efficiency of the meeting room usage.
WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0
Built-in 802.11ac WiFi for wireless deployment and with its built-in Bluetooth, you can directly connect the RoomPannel to other devices such as the RoomSensors, without extra gateways. Please note this product does not come with the RoomSensor and must be purchased separately.
Meeting security with built in NFC/RFID for advanced ID authorization and attendee check-in
This feature is allows users to detect who has checked in and who the participants of the meeting should be. This can be paired with the building’s access control system enabling secure entry into conference rooms. This is particularly userful for confidential meetings where only certain participants are involved. Or to stop visitors walking in.
Easy installation with tilt and orientation flexibility
Its support for PoE or DC power adapter, enables you to install with ease and flexibility. It is easy to mount portrait or landscape on a number of different surfaces. The provided brackets and tape, enable users to mount the device to surfaces including solid wall, glass, wood etc. To meet different requirements, Yealink offers optional brackets to adjust the positioning and angle of the RoomPannel.
