Excellent Entry Level PhoneWe have about 30 Polycom Soundpoint IP320s and 321s. Build and sound quality is excellent and they are easy enough to use. My only gripe is that they take so long to boot (about 5 mintues). Other than that I have never had any problems with them.

Polycom Soundpoint IP 321This phone is excellent, does exactly what you want; not too advanced but you can still do simple tasks with it. It does have a screen and some menus which give you options and you can customise settings. Will easily fit into to any office environmnent and anyone will be able to use it!!
