Our support packages are available to any site where 3CX has been installed following our best practice methods

Over time we have established a tried an tested way of deploying 3CX

A weakness in the design can result in poor call quality/stability and a reduction in 3CX functionality

If you are looking for ongoing support, we would be happy to audit your phone system and provide recommendations if your 3CX installation fell short of our best practice requirements

Our best practice requirements include:

  • 3CX supported phones (3CX Phone, Aastra, Cisco, Grandstream, Polycom, Snom, Yealink, etc.)
  • IVP SIP Trunks (Number porting may be required)
  • On-premise 3CX installation
  • Suitable firewall
  • Suitable internet connection

Remote Support includes the following:

  • Access to 3CX Advanced Certified Engineers for questions relating to 3CX
  • Access to 3CX Advanced Certified Engineers for questions relating to IP phones
  • Remote Monitoring
    • SIP Trunk Connectivity
    • Hacking attempts (Detections will be blacklisted)
    • Calls to barred numbers
    • Low disk space
    • Simultaneous call license limit being reached
  • Adding IP phones
  • Adding extensions
  • Changes to existing extensions
  • Maintaining the operation of the 3CX Phone System
  • Maintaining the operation of supported IP Handsets
  • Maintaining the operation of supported SIP Trunks
  • Maintaining the operation of supported Gateways
  • Service Pack Upgrades
  • Provisioning Template Upgrades
  • 12 months warranty of all supplied equipment

Remote Support Does NOT Include the following:

  • Hardware failure (Supplied hardware is covered for 12 months following installation)
  • Support for non-supported hardware/services (IP Phones/SIP Trunk Providers/Gateways etc)
  • Support for onsite networking issues
  • Support for internet related issues; connectivity, stability, quality
  • Configuration of phones beyond provisioned templates
  • Upgrading phone system to new versions
  • Onsite visits
  • Backend system training
