The Yealink T38G is a solid proof of Yealink’s continuous innovation towards the future of VoIP phones. It is a 6 line SIP Phone that features a colour screen display and loads of feature. Built on the Aris chipset and voice engine from Texas Instruments. The Yealink T38G is able to provide cutting edge voice quality for life-like communication experience. Voice enhancement features like noise canceling and automatic audio gain ensures that every conversation using the Yealink T38G is crystal clear
The Yealink T38G is equipped with a 4.3 inch TFT-LCD graphical display. With 16.7M colours that is able to show images at 480 x 272 pixels, a clear and vivid view of the caller’s information is shown on screen. The display also allows its user to personalise the screen, such as changing and displaying a wallpaper and screensaver
The Yealink T38G allows up to 6 VoIP accounts. Each of this lines are actually SIP lines that integrates BLF features. This allows different options which is favorable to users who need to manage high call traffic. It supports IPv6 protocols, SIP v1 and v2. It also comes with a dual –port Gigabit Ethernet that can act as a router and switch. You can connect one port to the internet while using the other port to connect to a PC. IP assignment can be done via static, DHCP or PPPoE
You can use the handset to communicate with another colleague, or better yet, use the speakerphone function that allows full-duplex voice quality. It also supports connection using a wireless headset adapter, so you can move around or talk at a short distance away from the phone
The Yealink T38G supports a great number of phone features. It supports up to 1000 contact entries. Call basic functions like call on hold, call forwarding, call waiting, call return and call transfer are included. It even has provisions for 3 way conferencing and auto answer functionality. To support the growing needs of a company, up to 6 expansion modules can be connected to the Yealink T38G
Most features that can set on the Yealink T38G are accessible via a menu-driven user interface. This provides a convenient and easy way to control the IP phone. Configurations that are needed to be performed can be done through a browser. System logs can generate reports anytime when needed. Configuration files are well secured using AES encryption. Likewise, up to 3 user levels can be created to enforce restrictions and proper authentication between Admin, VAR and User
