Snom 821

As well as looking really modern and smart, I love the fact that I can customise the screen. With a little effort I have created our company logo as an xml file hosted on our webserver then set the phones idle screen to display our company logo. My Boss loves it! (Posted on 07/01/2012)

The SNOM 821 has a high-resolution TFT colour display which produces bold and bright colours which makes the GUI very pleasant to look at. The menu structure is very easy to navigate around and is quite simple in layout which gives the SNOM 821 a more relaxed feel. The SNOM 821 can store up to 250 entries in the directory; also there is a deny list where you can block numbers so you will not be hassled by sales people. The SNOM 821 also stores 100 missed received and dialled calls in list, so you don’t have to always write down people’s numbers. The SNOM 821 also can use caller ID so you know who is calling you, also you can store information about that caller. The SNOM 821 can use gigabit Ethernet and also supports POE so you can get great performance and a tidy desk! (Posted on 09/11/2011)
